Coming to PBS in February, American Creed, a new documentary asking “In a fractured nation, what ideals do we share in common?”

The documentary by Citizen Film shares stories of communities all across America, where special people are making special efforts to improve the American dream. One of those communities is Hazleton, where Chicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon has made a commitment to support improvements in his hometown. 

WVIA invites you to a special preview screening party with special guest Joe Maddon, Wednesday, December 27 at 7:00 PM at the Hazleton One Community Center. Maddon will introduce the film, and the screening will be followed by a Q & A with him. Refreshments will be available.

This screening is free and open to the public - no RSVP is necessary.
