Lacawac Sanctuary

The Lacawac Sanctuary is a 545 acre nature and forest preserve in the Pocono Mountains region of Wayne County.  It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, but as an environmental education center and a noted scientific research station, Lacawac is looking as much to the future as to the past.
