Local Students are Taking Civics Study to a New Level

2020 brings another U.S. census. What does that mean for Pennsylvania as new congressional districts are drawn? Area high school students participate and excel in a statewide initiative called "Draw the Lines PA" which educates citizens on the the subject of redistricting by challenging them to draw their on congressional maps.
