Over 20 regional broadcasters participated in an employment fair at the WVIA Public Media Studios

PITTSTON, Pa. – On Monday, March 21 2016 nine broadcasting companies representing more than twenty regional radio and television stations greeted area residents to discuss job opportunities in electronic media at the Northeast Broadcasting Employment Fair which was held at the WVIA Public Media studios in Pittston Township.

 

The job fair was presented by TMG Health and co-sponsored by WVIA and Bold Gold Media Group (WWRR, WICK, WYCK, WTRW, WCDL).  Other participating employers included Times-Shamrock Communications, Cumulus Media, WNEP-TV, WBRE-WYOU, WOLF-WSWB-WQMY, WHLM, WITK and other regional broadcasters.
