State lawmakers are considering a bill to make medical marijuana legal in Pennsylvania. But there are still some who are against making cannabis a legal prescription for Pennsylvania residence. The Institute of Medicine issued a report that examined potential therapeutic uses for marijuana, and effective in relieving some of the symptoms of HIV, cancer and multiple sclerosis.
