ABOUT THE FILM

After surviving cancer, Pudge Kleinkauf gave up her career to pursue her true passion, fly fishing. Since making fishing her full‐time career, Kleinkauf has built a thriving business around spreading her love for fly fishing to women throughout the state. With beautiful Alaskan scenery as the background, Kleinkauf proves that it’s never to late to dedicate your life to doing what you love.

ABOUT THE FILMMAKERS

Slavik Boyechko is co‐owner of Video Dads LLC based in Alaska and Oregon. He is an Emmy‐nominated producer/shooter/editor specializing in short, inspiring videos about people and organizations. Slavik is currently traveling around the country producing the PBS Digital Studios series “Indie America.”

John Norris is a senior video producer at Alaska Public Media and has been producing award‐winning video content in Alaska for over seven years. Norris’ work on the Indie Alaska series has garnered over a million views online. Outside of public media, Norris is the founder and organizer of the Anchorage 48‐Hour Film Challenge, one of the largest film events in Alaska.
