| 2. When can I expect my Thank You Gift? |
Thank You Gifts are sent out after a quarter of the pledge is paid and will take approximately six to eight weeks to arrive. With WVIA being a non-profit, in most cases we wait to the end of our membership drives to purchase the thank you gifts. WVIA wants to be a good steward of our members donations. | 3. When will I receive my Membership Card? |
| If you made a pledge at the Basic Level or higher, you will receive a membership card within 4 weeks of your first payment. If you have a question about your membership card, call George Thomas at (570) 602-1128. |
| 4. What if I don't receive my Membership Card in time for one of the Member Days? |
| Just bring a valid ID (e.g. a Driver's License) with you and we'll look you up on our Membership list. |
| 5. How do I find out about Member Days? |
| There are several ways. The WVIA website's home page will have info about a Member Day that is coming up in the next month or two. If you receive E-Notes, our email newsletter, there will also be info to remind you of any upcoming Member Day. To find out about all of our Member Days in advance visit our Member Benefits page, in the "Support WVIA" section of our website. |

| 7. What is a matching gift? |
| A company matching gift program matches its employees' donations. To find out if your company matches, call Joanne at (570) 602-1136. |
| 8. How can I voice my opinion about programs on WVIA? |
As a member of WVIA television and/or radio, your input does not stop with your pledge! Our member ballot enables you to vote for all your favorite programs. Cast your vote for the programs you enjoy and return it with your membership payment. When programming decisions are made, we look at our member ballots for data, suggestions and comments. 9. How else can I support WVIA? |
Volunteer! There are many opportunities to volunteer at WVIA. Volunteer groups and individuals are needed to answer phones for our membership drives, assist with special events and help with many interesting jobs around the station. If you or your group are interested in volunteering, please call (570) 602-1123. Donate a Vehicle! If you have a car, truck, boat, or other vehicle you need to get rid of, have the proceeds go to WVIA. Read more about the Vehicle Donation Program. |
