Bob Ciaruffoli is chairman and chief executive officer of ParenteBeard LLC, a top 25 U.S. CPA and business advisory firm with 19 offices in six states. As ParenteBeard’s CEO, Bob is responsible for the operations of the $175 million accounting, tax and business advisory firm. Under his leadership, ParenteBeard has experienced rapid and consistent growth and has expanded its service offerings to include a variety of industry, advisory and specialty services. A 36-year veteran of the accounting profession, Bob is an active member of both state and national accounting industry professional organizations. He serves as a board member for the International Board of Baker Tilly International, as well as chairman for the organization’s North American Regional Council. Keenly aware of his social responsibilities, Bob strives to be a continually engaged member of the community. He is involved with several civic and charitable organizations, and he is a member of the board of directors and the vice president of finance of the Union League of Philadelphia. Bob was raised in Swoyersville and spent his high school years attending Bishop O'Reilly High School in Kingston. Bob went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kings College. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps prior to beginning his career.

Ruth Jones' family was evicted from their home and business along the Delaware River for a project called Tocks Island. Her husband died the day President Johnson signed the bill authorizing it. Today, at age 79, Ruth and her son Dave can say they won; Tocks Island never was built and they have a big business called Kittatinny Canoes.
