The series showcases the Keystone State though its extraordinary people, places and historic events.  Each week, host Wendy Wilson brings you an entertaining hour created by Pennsylvania's most renowned documentary filmmakers.

The Pennsylvania Experience delivers quality filmmaking on a wide variety of interesting topics.  Nowhere else can you experience the sheer terror of the Johnstown Flood, the beautiful artistry of the State Capitol, and the magnificent scenery of the Endless Mountains.

The people in The Pennsylvania Experience run the gamut from courageous to outrageous... the courage of rebuilding a shattered city in Scranton: Once and Future City, and the outrageous personalities who pioneered Local TV: The Early Years.

The Pennsylvania Experience is truly an example of local programming at its finest, delivered by WVIA, the Leader in Local Programming.

The show airs on Mondays at 7:00pm and repeats Sundays at 3:00pm.
