East Stroudsburg University is set to unveil a new center for its health sciences students and faculty.
ESU will host a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday for its Dale and Frances Hughes Foundation Community Health Education and Simulation Center.
The new education center will provide students in the College of Health and Sciences and community healthcare organizations in the region with "state-of-the-art simulation and inter-professional practice opportunities," the university said in a statement.
The ESU Foundation raised nearly $860,000 dollars for the project, according to the university’s website.
