Melissa Block talks with Rend Al-Rahim, executive director of the Iraq Foundation, which describes itself as a non-partisan, non-sectarian and non-ethnic organization working for democracy and human rights in Iraq. She's also Iraq's former ambassador to the United States.
Rend al-Rahim advocates more U.S. troops -- not just advisers. She says the Iraqis need more time to work out a political solution.
