U.S. Inspectors Return to North Korea

North Korea has agreed to provide a full inventory of its nuclear program. Now, experts from the U.S., Russia and China are in North Korea assessing ways to disable nuclear facilities there. It's the first time the American inspectors have been in North Korea in seven years. The work of the international team of nuclear specialists will have implications on diplomatic maneuvers with North Korea.
