    A coalition of about 20 local companies, farms and social services and housing advocates applied for a $23 million dollar federal grant. The funding will build innovative, affordable housing in South Scranton. It’s spearheaded by city-business owner Rashida Lovely. She talked about the project during the Clean Energy REVolution Tour stop in Scranton.
