Downtown Pittston will embrace the Halloween spirit for a full day of Trick or Treat on Main Street events.
On Saturday, Oct. 22, trick-or-treaters can start their day with the Pittston Memorial Library’s Halloween Party starting at 11 a.m., then take their costumes and candy buckets outside for the Trick or Treat event starting at 2 p.m. in the Lower Tomato Festival lot and various businesses along Main Street.
Reservations are encouraged for the Halloween Party at the library, which will feature games, crafts and pumpkins for the first 75 children.
The Trick or Treat portion of the day will feature candy, music and prizes for a costume contest at 3:30 p.m.
Locations participating in Trick or Treat include Fuji, the Greater Pittston Ambulance Association, AH Baby + Co, Art E Fekts Gallery, Meals on Wheels, The Knights, GB Boutique, Reilly and Associates, Canteen Central and Napoli’s Pizza.
