Secretary of the Commonwealth Al Schmidt toured two election bureaus in Northeastern Pennsylvania to learn how the state can support the offices. He’s visiting every election director in every county. Schmidt also discussed a U.S. appeals court ruling from Wednesday on the state’s mail-in ballots.
