The Phillies are World Series champions and the city is celebrating its first pro sports title in 25 years.
On Wednesday, the Phillies beat the Tampa Bay Rays 4-3 in a rain-suspended game.
Carole Wylczak, a waitress at the Melrose Diner in South Philadelphia, says fans were "ecstatic."
"It's something we've waited for so long," she says.
