CVS Health is expanding its Hanover Twp. facility.
The company is investing $4.9 million to renovate and repurpose 13,000-square-feet of space at its distribution center at 1 Great Valley Boulevard. The project will create a new prescription drug sorting, handling and packaging operation, Governor Tom Wolf’s office announced.
CVS received two state grants totaling almost $300,000 dollars for the project.
The company also committed to creating 64 new jobs at the Hanover Twp. facility within three years. They will also retain 848 current employees between that facility and their Somerset Twp facility.
The Governor’s Action Team worked on the project.
