Luzerne County Council voted last night to appoint a new administrator.
Romilda Crocamo will be the next County Manager. Councilmember Stephen Urban was the lone vote against the appointment.
Crocamo was recently acting County Manager for Luzerne, before taking a job in the City of Scranton as assistant city solicitor. She’s also currently an attorney with the law firm Elliott Greenleaf.
Crocamo will replace acting County manager Brian Swetz in June, according to councilmember discussion at Monday’s meeting.
The job comes with a $160,000 salary from the county.
