They hope to use the railroad and Route 6 corridor to connect trails in the area and the communities.Highland Chocolates in Wellsboro won the artisan of the year award. The non-profit chocolate factory and retail store provides vocational training and employment for adults with disabilities.The alliance manages, promotes and supports the PA Route 6 Heritage Corridor.
