The City of Scranton is holding a community meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 30, to discuss stormwater and flooding issues in the East Mountain section of the city.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Howard Gardner Multiple Intelligence Charter School on East Elm Street.
East Mountain residents will be able to voice their concerns about stormwater runoff, drainage and more, said Scranton Mayor Paige G. Cognetti.
The city also launched a new online form for residents to submit information about stormwater and flooding problems that they witness. The form can be found at www.scrantonpa.gov/arpa.
