N.C., Memphis, UCLA, Kansas Top NCAA Picks

After a regular season of highs and lows for college basketball teams around the country, the NCAA last night gave 65 teams the opportunity to compete for the ultimate high — a national championship. Some are consensus front-runners to go all the way, while others hope to play the lead in this year's Cinderella story.

North Carolina, Memphis, UCLA and Kansas get the No. 1 seeds in the four regions, and they're the favorites to reach the Final Four on April 5 in San Antonio.

Defending champion Florida and last year's runner-up Ohio State both failed to make the field.
