Conservative Christians from around the country will be meeting in Washington tomorrow for the Family Research Council's second annual Values Voter Summit.
All the major Republican presidential candidates will be attending.
Mike Heath, executive director of the Christian Civic League of Maine, and Cathi Herrod, president of the Center for Arizona Policy, talk about the issues that top their agenda and about the kind of candidate they would support.
Herrod says she wants to know where the candidates stand on abortion and same-sex marriage, and what sort of judges they would nominate for key court positions. Asked why these issues matter to her, Herrod says, "I'm a mother of two children, and I'm concerned about their future."
Heath says he's looking for a candidate who can compete with the current Democratic front-runner, New York Sen. Hillary Clinton. "I'm going to be looking for the candidate who touches my heart," Heath says.
