Frank Bucci Jr., M.D. is an entrepreneur and inventor, a nationally recognized ophthalmologist and a philanthropist. Founder of Bucci Laser Vision Centers, he created the not-for-profit Hospice of the Sacred Heart in northeast Pennsylvania and he performs free, life-changing services at a facility he created in Peru, both in memory of his wife.
