INSKEEP: There was that New Yorker cartoon not along ago were a woman says to a guy at a party, oh, you're a banker, can you make any money at that? On Wall Street, bonuses can make up the bulk of a banker's pay. Some of them have gone to the tens of millions of dollars. But new reports say bonuses this year will be down sharply for top executives, cut by more than half. The reason is falling revenue and political pressure to limit payouts.
