A Millennial Participates in a Fit and Fall Class

3m 32s

While wearing MIT’s AGNES — an aging suit designed to simulate what being 80-years-old may feel like — Drey participates in a Fit and Fall class at a local community center. The class is designed for older adults, aiming to strengthen balance and mobility. We watch as Drey experiences many emotions — from frustration to empathy — and in the end realizing how resilient older adults can be.

Original production funding for Fast-Forward was provided by The John A. Hartford Foundation and The Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation. Fast-Forward is a production of FLX Entertainment in association with TPT|Twin Cities PBS, in partnership with Next Avenue.
