A local group with religious foundations offered prayers, songs and reflections on Lackawanna County Courthouse Square on Sunday. Christians for the Common Good mourned the lives lost since the war between Israel and Hamas began one year ago. They pleaded for a ceasefire in the ongoing escalation in the Middle East.
