Lackawanna County Commissioner Bill Gaughan questions application for money to buy the former Scranton Municipal Golf Course. Gaughan and Commissioner Chris Chermak said they didn't know the county applied. Efforts to reach Commissioner Thom Welby were unsuccessful.
