Countryside Conservancy

As electric bikes and electric scooters are popping up all over trails and roads in Lackawanna County and the region, police and bike advocates seek to raise awareness of safety, legal regulations — and good riding etiquette.

Countryside Conservancy acquired an almost untouched property in Susquehanna County. They plan to build a boat launch, hiking and biking trails. The conservancy will maintain Peck’s Preserve for passive recreation.
