Cyclosporiasis

Pennsylvania is one of more than 30 states that have reported cases of a parasitic infection that causes diarrhea. The state's Department of Health recorded 28 cases of cyclosporiasis so far this year. Two of those are in Northeast Pennsylvania.

There’s a nationwide outbreak of cyclosporiasis, a parasitic infection that comes from contaminated water or produce, and Pennsylvania has recorded 28 cases so far. The main symptom is watery diarrhea, which could be explosive.
