Petitioners seeking to repeal Luzerne County's anti-discrimination ordinance or put it to a referendum submitted more than 15,000 signatures on Monday, organizer Walter Griffith said.

Pennsylvania State Police say they ended an I-81 pursuit in Scranton which began earlier Tuesday morning in Broome County, New York, and have a suspect in custody. The driver’s car is now at the state police barracks in Dunmore.
