Michael Villa was arrested for drunken driving in Wilkes-Barre in 2022, months before he was appointed to the Scranton Human Relations Commission. City didn't screen for criminal backgrounds then. -
Parking will remain free on Saturdays in downtown Scranton, with two hours of paid weekday parking added instead of three.
