A lawyer for Christopher Wasnetsky gave notice last week that he plans a defense based on his client's three brain disorders in the shooting death of Jeffrey Moeller on June 14 at the Lowe's in Scranton. Lackawanna County District Attorney Brian Gallagher plans to oppose the motion.

A lawsuit filed by the widow of a Lowe's employee killed by a fellow employee charges the company had plenty of warning signs about the shooter's hate for the victim.
