Luzerne County officials hosted a press conference Tuesday morning to discuss the uptick in the county’s overdose deaths, 12 of which have been connected to cocaine laced with fentanyl in the last three months.

Luzerne County Manager Romilda Crocamo says someone stole U.S. and county flags from a patriotic display on the courthouse lawn, and she wants to see them charged: "We will not let this go."
