Students in the University of Scranton’s speech-language pathology master's program helped with inclusive cooking classes at Coffee Inclusive this summer as part of their clinical work.

Coffee Inclusive opened two years ago, providing training and skills to employees with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Hundreds of people filled the expanded coffee shop and bakery on Friday.

Frank Cerminaro creates a positive working environment for workers with disabilities. Advocates hope more businesses follow his lead in paying their workers the same as other employees.
