U.S. Rep. Rob Bresnahan promised to fight proposed Medicaid rules that could cost seriously ill people to lose coverage. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issued the rules Monday.

Geisinger on Tuesday announced it is eliminating nearly 100 Geisinger Health Plan positions as part of an operational restructuring amid financial challenges in recent years that include a $231 million operating loss last year.
