The National Weather Service Binghamton, N.Y. office downgraded NEPA to a winter weather advisory until 1 p.m. Monday. Meteorologists do not expect any additional significant snowfall in the region. That contrasts with other areas closer to the East Coast, including Philadelphia, which have seen a foot or more in some places.
