Boy Scouts of America

Flag Day is celebrated every year on June 14 to mark the official adoption of the U.S. flag. Groups like the Dickson City Scouts hold flag retirement ceremonies around the national observance.

The Newton Twp. brothers planted trees, created fish habitats and built a game ball pit as their community service projects.

Scouts BSA will change its name to Scouting America in 2025. Girls have been eligible to join the program since 2018.
