Black history

The Moses Taylor Foundation partnered with the Northeastern Educational Intermediate Unit to launch a Travel School Nurse Pilot Program this school year. It aims to address a shortage of school nurses in Lackawanna County schools.

Northeast and Central Pa. commemorates 100 years of Black History with arts, cultural and educational events across the region.

From film screenings and Super Bowl watch parties to lectures and historical walking tours, the region will celebrate Black history throughout the month.
