State police say Virginia Delgadillo of Butler Twp. watched as her husband jabbed a back scratcher into the 13-year-old's mouth and did nothing to stop it. The boy died Monday morning.

State police say Cesar Delgadillo, 39, repeatedly assaulted his 13-year-old adopted son after two other children living his home reported the boy sexually assaulted them.
