Hotel Jermyn Apartments

Penn State faculty hoping to unionize across the university said Tuesday they filed the paperwork and signatures needed for a vote. And authorities have publicly identified the victims of a machete attack at a downtown Scranton apartment building earlier this week.

City police captured a suspect in the stabbing deaths of two women and wounding of another inside the Hotel Jermyn Apartments on Tuesday in downtown Scranton. Police say Michael Willie Marquis Woods, 38, also killed a service dog belonging to one of the dead women.
