Former New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Len Dykstra was sentenced Thursday in Pike County to serve a year on probation and pay a $500 in a drug-related case.

After a preliminary hearing, Magisterial District Judge Randy Schmalzle ruled a prosecutor produced enough evidence to send crack cocaine possession and drunken driving charges against Kevin Zelna to Pike County court for further action. Dykstra is charged with possession of the same crack cocaine.
