Commonwealth Concert series comes to Kirby Park this weekend

The Luzerne County Transportation Authority unveiled two newly decorated buses that will help carry crowds to this weekend's Commonwealth Concert Series performance at Kirby Park. The concert is part of America250PA’s celebrations of the country’s semiquincentennial.

Luzerne County Transportation Authority On Wednesday, June 17, 2026 unveiled two patriotic, historically themed buses that will travel throughout Luzerne County in celebration of America’s 250th Birthday. The buses will be used this weekend in shuttle service for Saturday's America250PA for the Commonwealth Concert Series performance at Kirby Park.
