PA Permit Fast Track Program

State Senator Lisa Baker, from Luzerne County, has introduced a bill that would increase penalties for people who attempt to murder law enforcement officers. And a data center campus proposed in Archbald is kicked off a state permit program.

Gov. Josh Shapiro's administration and the Pennsylvania Office of Transformation and Opportunity told Project Gravity developers it's no longer part of the PA Permit Fast Track Program.

During a lecture Thursday at the University of Scranton, former U.S. Sen. Bob Casey outlined "grave concerns" about the nation's future. They include President Trump's attacks on judges and press freedom.

Archbald residents and elected officials are questioning why a data center project was accepted into a state program meant to fast track the state permitting process.
