For the 67th year, the Fine Arts Fiesta showcased dozens of artists and performers on Public Square in downtown Wilkes-Barre. 90s alternative rock band, Spin Doctors, headlined this year's event which was free and open to the public. Photojournalist Aimee Dilger captured these images for WVIA News.
