Nearly 3,000 motorcycles take part in tribute that winds through 14 municipalities after kicking off in Montgomery.

Crowds gather in downtown Williamsport for a monthly celebration of the arts. Business leaders welcomed people to shop, dine and drink at local establishments during First Friday, portions of which will take place outside through the summer season.
