Arc of NEPA

As of Jan. 1, Pennsylvanians can apply for PA ABLE as long as their disability started before their 46th birthday. People with disabilities around Northeast Pennsylvania share their experiences with the program and push others to advocate for themselves.

About one in six people in NEPA has a disability and the region's number of English language learners is growing. A physician education grant will help the health nonprofit better equip new doctors and staff to better reach them.
