Egg hunts are an Easter tradition. This year, some hunts in the region are nontraditional, allowing everyone in the community to participate, no matter their age.

Dragon boats will race down the Susquehanna River in Wilkes-Barre this weekend, while a community event in Scranton will encourage sustainability and bring local businesses together.

The Moscow Country Street Fair, Swoyersville Chicken Wing Fling and Lehighton Christmas in July are just a few of the events planned for this weekend.

There will be lots of booms and flashes of color in skies across Northeast and Central Pennsylvania this 4th of July.
