Wyoming County Fair

The 150th Troy Fair begins on Sunday at Alparon Community Park. It is among more than a dozen fairs set to take place across NEPA this season.

Events this weekend will showcase the region’s Italian heritage, coal mining history and more.

For many, Labor Day weekend serves as an unofficial end of summer. People across the region enjoyed La Festa Italiana in Scranton, the Wyoming County Fair and an annual sail boat parade in Harveys Lake.
