State lawmakers met at Pennsylvania College of Technology to hear from representatives of impacted communities and to discuss how to better guard against flood damage.

Williamsport's first German Christmas Market is a partnership between Lycoming College, Pennsylvania College of Technology, Lycoming Arts and downtown businesses. It will have authentic food, drinks and craft vendors.

School officials say this is the first time Penn College and Habitat will team up on a home from start to finish.
