SPCA of Luzerne County

A football player from Williamsport could make history this season. If Tom Cillo plays in a game for Lycoming College, he’ll be one of the oldest players to ever see playtime at the collegiate level.

The SPCA of Luzerne County, which has been based in Plains Twp. for nearly 70 years, will expand its animal shelter services and facilities at the former Dundee Gardens property in Hanover Twp.
